a couple weeks ago i stole olive garden’s recipe and made this shrimp carbonara dish. not to toot my own horn…but it was DELICIOUS. if i had more money, i’d cook food like this on a regular basis. but since i’m on a college student’s budget, i’ll still with chicken nuggets and mashed potatoes out of a box. any ideas how to cook a decent meal on a small budget?
